- Select a single word - double-click your mouse on the word to select
- Select a sentence - Hold the Ctrl key while clicking once anywhere within the sentence
- Select a paragraph - Triple-click (click-click-click) anywhere within the paragraph
- Select all - Ctrl+a (Hold the Ctrl key while tapping the letter "a", then release)
